The UM301W is particularly suited for classrooms and small to medium sized meeting rooms.
The UM301W is ultra short throw with a widescreen resolution which is ideal for classrooms. The projector mounts above the board or screen and projects a wide image from very close – for example you can get a 1.5 m wide image from only 54cm away (the wall mount kit comes supplied as standard). The WXGA resolution is widescreen will project a sharp, crisp image, showing your image in good detail. It is suitable for PowerPoint, images, video clips and long videos. With widescreen you will get 30% more viewing area than the standard XGA resolution and when you watch videos your pixels will not be stretched.
Thanks to the ultra short throw lens, the UM351W / UM301W can project a large screen of 100 inches at a distance of only 77.6 cm (the distance from screen side of projector to screen is 43.2 cm). Shadows do not easily form even when someone stands in front of the projector, making it suitable for classrooms, small meeting areas, shop windows, and a wide variety of other locations if installed on the wall or the ceiling.
